Partner programme terms

Last updated 7 November 2026.

1. These terms

These terms are between you and Renzy Ltd (company number 16406076), of 289 Brompton Road, London, SW3 2DY (“Renzy”, “we”, “us”). They cover the Renzy partner programme, under which you may refer plumbing and heating jobs to us.

By applying, and by referring a job after we accept you, you agree to these terms. Sending an application does not make you a partner. You are a partner only once we confirm it by email.

The commission we pay is:

10% of the invoice value (excluding VAT) for every referred job, capped at £100 per job. Payouts are made once a quarter by bank transfer to a UK bank account only.

The rest of these terms explain how that works, and what it does not cover.

We email notices to the address on your application. You email notices to [email protected].

2. Who can join

You may apply if you refer plumbing or heating work and you are a business registered in the UK, or a sole trader resident in the UK.

We may approve or decline any applicant at our discretion. We do not have to give a reason. You do not have to refer any job, and you are free to use other plumbers as well.

3. When a referral counts

A referral counts only if all of the following are true:

  • It is tracked before the job is booked. That means the customer uses your partner code, or you are named on the booking, before we accept the booking.
  • The customer is new. They are not new if, in the 12 months before the referral, they were already in our system: the same person, phone number, email address, or the same property.
  • The job is completed and paid in full.

A job that was already booked, or a customer who contacted us before your referral, does not count. We may decline any job, or any customer, without giving a reason.

4. Commission

You earn 10% of the net amount actually paid for labour and parts on the invoice, excluding VAT, for every referred job that qualifies under section 3. That net amount is the invoice value in the commission terms above. Commission is capped at £100 per job. We pay one commission per job.

If a job is invoiced in more than one part, the £100 cap still applies once to the job. If more than one partner refers the same job, we pay the partner whose tracked referral we received first.

5. What we do not pay commission on

No commission is due on any of the following:

  • Call-out-only cancellations.
  • Amounts that are refunded.
  • Chargebacks.
  • Amounts in dispute, unless the dispute is resolved and the amount is then paid in full.
  • Warranty or remedial work.
  • A self-referral.
  • Work at a property you own, unless we have agreed that property in writing beforehand.

A self-referral is a job for you, or a job booked in your own name for your own home. If a payment is refunded or reversed after we have paid commission on it, we claw that commission back or deduct it from a future payout.

6. When and how we pay

We pay once a quarter, within 30 days after each calendar quarter ends (31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December). We pay by bank transfer to a UK bank account in your name only. The account must belong to the partner: the registered business, or you if you are a sole trader.

The minimum payout is £100. If the amount due is less than £100, it rolls into the next quarter.

Before we pay you, you must give us the account name, sort code and account number. If you are VAT registered, you must also send a valid VAT invoice for the commission. The commission rate is exclusive of VAT. If you are VAT registered, add VAT to your invoice and we will pay it.

You are responsible for your own tax, including income tax, corporation tax, National Insurance and VAT.

7. How you may market Renzy

You must not:

  • Send spam, or contact people in breach of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
  • Make misleading claims about Renzy, our prices, our availability or the work.
  • Bid on Renzy brand terms in paid search, including Renzy, Renzy Plumbers and renzy.co.uk.
  • Pretend to be Renzy, or present your business as part of Renzy.
  • Use our name, logo or other brand assets except ones we have approved for you.

You must comply with UK GDPR.

8. Telling your customers

You must tell your customers about the referral relationship where the CAP Code or UK law on unfair commercial practices requires it (the rules that succeeded the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations). Where those rules require it, you must make clear that you have a commercial relationship with us and may earn a commission, before the customer decides to book.

9. Who contracts with the customer

Renzy contracts directly with the customer. You are not our agent. You must not agree a price, a time or a scope of work on our behalf, and you must not make promises about our prices or our timings. A price or a date you give a customer is not binding on us. We may decline any job.

10. Data protection

Each of us is an independent controller of the personal data we hold. You may share a customer’s details with us only where you have a lawful basis to do so, and only with their consent where consent is required. We use those details to deal with the enquiry and the job. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

11. Liability

Our total liability to you in connection with the programme is limited to the commission that is due and unpaid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law of England and Wales does not allow us to limit.

Nothing in the programme creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship or agency between you and us.

12. Changing or ending the programme

We may change these terms, the commission or the programme, and we may end the programme or your participation, by giving you 30 days’ notice by email.

We may end your participation immediately if you breach these terms, or if we reasonably believe there has been fraud. If we end your participation for fraud, any unpaid commission is forfeited.

You may leave the programme at any time by emailing us. Commission that has already qualified, and that these terms do not forfeit, is still paid on the next quarterly date.

13. Unclaimed commission

Commission expires if it stays unclaimed for 12 months after the date it was due to be paid. The usual reason is that we do not have bank details we can pay, or a VAT invoice where we need one. Expired commission is not paid.

An amount held back only because it is under the £100 minimum is not treated as unclaimed until a payout of at least £100 is due and we still cannot pay it.

14. General

These terms, and the email in which we accept you, are the whole agreement for the programme. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. You may not transfer your place on the programme without our written agreement. We may assign our rights to another company in our group.

If we do not enforce a right straight away, that does not mean we have waived it. The partner programme page describes the programme. If that page and these terms ever differ, these terms prevail.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
