An hourly rate, set by when you book
Book a visit for leaks, boiler faults and anything else that needs fixing. The rate covers the first hour on site, including VAT.

- After the first hour, time is charged in 30-minute steps at half the hourly rate.
- Parts and materials are charged at cost plus 20%.
- Any work beyond the first hour is explained and priced first, and only goes ahead once you agree.
- Pay the engineer when the job is done. Nothing is taken when you book.
- These rates include VAT. Workmanship and parts are guaranteed for 12 months.
