Why partners send us work

A straightforward job for the people in the property

Your customer can see the price, book online, and send photos without an account. You choose who receives the invoice.

Prices on the website

Hourly rates and fixed prices are published, so a tenant, guest or landlord can see the cost before anyone calls.

Online booking

They book a visit on the website and choose an arrival window.

Secure photo links

We send a private link so a tenant or guest can upload photos of the problem. They don't need an account.

Gas Safe registered

Our Gas Safe registered engineers carry out the work.

Invoices, your way

We issue the invoice straight to your client, or to you.

How it works

Three steps

  1. 1

    Apply

Tell us about your business. We'll email you to say yes or no.

  2. 2

Send the job before it's booked

We'll agree how we know the job came from you: your partner code, or your name on the booking. A tenant or guest can add photos through a secure link. It only counts if that's in place before the job is booked.

  3. 3

We complete the job and pay you

We carry out the work and invoice your client or you. When the job is completed and paid in full, the commission is included in your next quarterly payout.

Commission

What you earn

10% of the invoice value (excluding VAT) for every referred job, capped at £100 per job. Payouts are made once a quarter by bank transfer to a UK bank account only.

The minimum payout is £100. Anything less rolls into the next quarter, and we pay within 30 days of the quarter ending. What counts, and what does not, is set out in the partner programme terms.

Questions about the partner programme

Who is the partner programme for?

Property managers, short-let and Airbnb management companies, letting agents, concierge services and estate agents. You need to be a UK registered business or a UK resident sole trader. We say yes or no to each application.

How much commission do you pay?

10% of the invoice value (excluding VAT) for every referred job, capped at £100 per job. Payouts are made once a quarter by bank transfer to a UK bank account only.

When do you pay?

Once a quarter, by bank transfer to a UK bank account in the partner's name, within 30 days after the calendar quarter ends. The minimum payout is £100. A smaller balance rolls into the next quarter. The detail is in the partner programme terms.

When does a job count?

It has to be tracked before the job is booked, with your partner code or your name on the booking. The customer must be new to us, with no record in our system in the past 12 months. The job has to be completed and paid in full.

Who do you invoice?

We issue the invoice straight to your client, or to you. Tell us which you prefer when you send the job.

Can we earn commission on our own properties?

No commission is paid on a self-referral, or on a property you own, unless we have agreed that property in writing.

Who carries out the work?

Our Gas Safe registered engineers carry out the work. Customers book online, and a tenant or guest can send photos through a secure link we provide.

Can you turn a job down?

Yes. We contract with the customer directly, and we may decline any job. The full rules are in the partner programme terms.
